Engagements

Published prices,
in public.

Almost no firm in this category publishes pricing. The usual reason is that the number moves depending on what they think you can pay. Ours moves only with what a new client is worth in your field, the whole card is public, and a page that states concrete numbers is also a page an answer engine can cite. None of that is an accident.

One diagnostic, one build, two programs.

Run in order. Nearly everyone starts at the audit, because committing to a build or a program before anyone has measured your baseline is how practices end up paying for work they did not need.

The Answer Audit

from $2,500one-time, by practice type3 weeks

Before anyone sells you a strategy, you should know exactly where you stand. We build your golden query set, run it across five engines, and hand you the baseline in writing. $2,500, $4,500, or $7,500 depending on practice type; the exact figure is on the price card below.

  • 40-query golden set built around how your patients and clients actually ask
  • Baseline Answer Share across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
  • Three runs per query per engine, so you see variance, not a single lucky screenshot
  • Entity audit: what the engines currently believe about your practice, and where that is wrong
  • Competitor citation map for your trade area
  • Technical retrieval report: crawler access, schema validity, answer-shaped content coverage
  • 90-minute findings session and a written remediation order of operations

Best for

Any practice that wants the number before the pitch.

01 · The build

Indexed

Most start here
from $12,000one-time, by practice type8 to 10 weeks

A new site built the way retrieval systems actually read: clean entities, valid structured data, answer-shaped content, and instrumentation wired in from day one.

  • Full site design and build on Next.js, deployed on edge infrastructure
  • Entity architecture: Organization, practitioner, service, and location graphs in JSON-LD
  • Answer-shaped content system so every service page opens with the direct answer
  • Crawler access engineering for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and Bingbot
  • Conversion instrumentation: call tracking, form attribution, and booking events
  • Core Web Vitals held to a passing grade at launch, verified on live URLs
  • Editor training and a content system your team can actually run

Best for

Practices whose current site was built for 2015 search.

02 · The program

Cited

from $595per month, by practice type12-month term

The ongoing work of becoming the source. Monthly measurement, entity maintenance, answer coverage, and the off-site mentions that actually move citation rates. Priced at 60 percent of Recommended for your practice type, without the exclusivity, and with first right to your slot if you upgrade.

  • Monthly Answer Share measurement across all five engines, three runs per query
  • Answer coverage program: new answer-shaped pages against uncovered queries
  • Entity and knowledge-panel maintenance across the graph engines read from
  • Review and reputation engine, because ratings are parsed before a page is trusted
  • Digital PR and citation building aimed at web mentions, the strongest known predictor
  • Google Business Profile management and local answer coverage
  • Monthly report tied to booked revenue, not impressions, plus a working session

Best for

Single-location practices in a competitive trade area.

The price card

Priced by what a client is worth, not what you can pay.

Every monthly price is set the same way: roughly a third of the gross profit from a conservative month of attributed new clients, at your field’s published economics. That is why the card has a column most pricing pages cannot print: the number of new clients at which the fee disappears.

Indexed builds start at $12,000, $20,000, or $28,000 on the same banding as the audit. Every audit is credited in full against any engagement started within sixty days. “Covers itself at” is the arithmetic, not a promise: attributed new clients per month, at your field’s typical first-year value and margin, that equal the fee.

Terms

The parts most firms leave for the contract.

The audit is credited, in full

Start any engagement within sixty days of your findings session and the entire audit fee comes off the first invoice. The audit is a diagnostic, not a foot in the door, and it is priced so that walking away is a real option.

Twelve-month terms on programs

Answer Share moves on a quarterly rhythm, not a monthly one. A six-month program cannot produce a defensible result, so we do not sell one. Month thirteen onward is month to month.

Media budget is billed direct

On Recommended, you pay Google and Meta yourself, on your own card, and we manage the accounts inside your ownership. We never mark up media. Agencies that do have an incentive to spend more of your money.

You own everything on exit

Site, code, content, tracking configuration, query set, and the full measurement history transfer to you in working order. Thirty days notice after the initial term. No exit fee and no data held back.

The remedy clause

If Answer Share has not improved by month six of a Cited or Recommended engagement, we keep working at no fee until it does, or you leave immediately with nothing further owed. It is in the paper you sign.

Exclusivity is a ledger, not a promise

Recommended holds your slot: one practice per territory and specialty, or one client per metro for metro practice types. We keep the ledger, we honor it, and while you hold the slot we decline your competitors. Cited carries no exclusivity, only first right to the slot when you upgrade.

The arithmetic

Check it against your own numbers.

Every assumption below is yours and editable. If it does not clear at a conservative input, the honest answer is that this is not the right spend for your practice yet.

Break-even

This engagement pays for itself at 1.0 additional inquiries per month. Everything above that is return.

This is a planning model, not a projection. It multiplies your own inputs and assumes nothing about what we will deliver. We publish it because the arithmetic should be yours to check before you spend anything.

Questions

On pricing.

Why does the price change with practice type?

Because the value of one new client does not hold still across fields. A month of this work is worth one IVF patient to a fertility clinic and seven new patients to a chiropractor, and pretending those are the same engagement is how this category earns its reputation. Every price on the card is set the same way: roughly a third of the gross profit from a conservative month of attributed new clients, using published figures for what a new client is worth in your field. The formula is fixed. Only your economics move it.

Why is the build a separate one-time fee?

Because bundling a build into a monthly retainer is how agencies make sites you cannot leave with. You pay for the build once, you own it outright, and the program that follows is optional and separately justified.

What drives the build above the floor?

Provider count, number of locations, service-line depth, and whether content needs to be written from scratch or edited. A single-location practice sits at its band's floor. A twelve-location group with six service lines does not. The audit produces the exact number before you commit.

Can we do the program without the build?

Sometimes. If your current site is on a platform where we control markup, structured data, and crawler access, remediation is often the better spend and we will recommend it. If it is a locked template, the program is money poured into a foundation that cannot hold it.

Is there anything smaller?

The Answer Audit, from $2,500 depending on practice type, is the smallest thing we sell, and it is genuinely useful on its own: you leave with your baseline, your gap list, and a remediation order of operations you are free to hand to anyone. We do not offer a reduced-scope monthly program, because a program that cannot move the number is worse than nothing.
