Four practices.
Four different questions.
We work in a deliberately narrow set of markets. Not because the method would not transfer, but because the entity structures, the compliance posture, and the way buyers actually ask are specific enough that generalists get them wrong.
Practices we take
- Dental and orthodontic
- Yes
- Private practice medicine

- Government contractors

- Law firms

- Rarely
The four we take, and what each one is asked.
Each card carries a real query from that market and what one additional client is worth in it. Those two numbers decide whether any of this is worth doing.

How we choose
Three tests, all of which have to pass.
01
The buyer researches before they call
If the decision is made in a chat window before anyone picks up a phone, being in that answer is worth real money. If the buyer walks in off the street, it is not.
02
Case value carries the work
A single additional implant case, surgical episode, retained matter, or task order needs to be worth more than a month of the engagement. When it is not, we say so in the audit and you keep your money.
03
Identity can actually be verified
Licensed professionals, registered entities, and credentialed practices resolve against public records that engines already trust. That is an enormous structural advantage, and most practices are wasting it.

Find out where you actually stand.
Every engagement opens with the Answer Audit. Forty queries, five engines, three runs each, and a written baseline. If the number is already good, we will tell you that and you will have spent $4,500 to stop worrying.
